Yes! We provide services during Fall & Winter Season
Clean all vinyl siding surfaces while preserving the structural integrity of the vinyl with our House Pressure Washing Service. Pro Flow Exterior Cleaning does not use "High Pressure" to clean vinyl surfaces which can cause streaking and external damage. If the siding looks streaky or blotchy after cleaning, chances are, the siding is severely oxidized and was disturbed by high or inconsistent cleaning pressure.
Oxidation occurs when the siding surface is exposed to long periods of direct sunlight and UV rays. The siding material and paint begins to break down, leaving a white chalky residue on the surface. This residue is not clearly visible to the eye and is most likely hidden by the layer of dirt and organic matter.

House Pressure Washing also includes cleaning Plank siding, commonly known as " James Hardie Plank", a fibrous cement siding which is very delicate. Pro Flow Exercises Caution and does not recommend cleaning with high-pressure machines. Pro Flow utilizes the same house washing cleaning process while further diluting specialized soaps to stop streaking. Oxidation may be even more visible on this material after cleaning compared to vinyl siding.
